STERIS-AUSTAR Pharmaceutical Systems (SHanghai) Limited is established in 2006, with the full support of STERIS FINN-AQUA factory in Finland. The Factory manufactures Water Stills and Pure Steam Generators under FINN-AQUAtrade mark using the same technology, features, manufacturing and quality process. FINN-AQUA TC-Series Multiple-Effect Water Stills are designed to fully complywith current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements to produce high qialuty distilled water that meets or exceeds US, Japan, European and Chinese Pharmacopoeias Water-for-Injection (WFI) specifications for use in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The TC-Series water stills are steam-heated and operate on the multiple-effect distillation principle. Standard Features: - Patented FINN-AQUA Three-Stage Seperation Process - Control System Siemens S7 with Chinese/ English Operational Panel; - Feed water booster pump with break tank; - Plant Steam Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV); - Pure Steam Valve; - Patented Continuous gas separation to HTM 2010 quidlines; - Recorder for distillate conductivity and valve position; - Full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) - Operates with deionized or reverse ososis feed water. Construction: - Sanitary Design: * AISI 316L Stainless-Steel Preassure essels; * AISI 316L/AISI 316L Stainless-Steel Piping and Components; * Sanitary Clamp / Flange Connections; - Double-tube sheet construction of column; - Pressure vessels built according to Chinese Pressure Vessel code; - Diaphragm valves for distillate/reject; - Ball Valves for cooling water; - Orbital Welded Pipes and Components; - Insulation with 3 cm Mineral Wool and covered with AISI 304 Stainless-Steel on Column, Pre-heater and circulation Tank.
